Oracle-related: ORA-28056 error handling process

Solution: Open the Windows Event Viewer, clear the application logs, and reconnect to the database. The connection is successful. Start the database and start it normally. After several attempts to solve this problem, I began to think of the system log problem. But I did not expect that the log is full.
