Oracle released the company's first database firewall, which can protect valuable systems from attacks and harassment. Since Oracle acquired Secerno last year, the company has been developing Database Firewall (Database Firewall) technology. This product monitors unauthorized intrusions and SQL attacks in real time.

Ruiping Sama, vice president of Oracle Database Security Department, said that the changing database threats require enterprises to adopt new security solutions.

This firewall can be used to configure Oracle Database 11 GB and below, run IBM DB2 for Linux, Unix and Windows, Microsoft SQL Server 2000,200 5 and 2008, and Sybase.
