Oracle Service failed to start, reported: Windows could not start the Oracleoradb10g_home1tnslistener service, error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

Run the configuration and the net configuration Assistant in the Migration tool to configure the listener. Delete the configuration, and then reconfigure it.

Remember to remove the configuration and reconfigure it first, not the new configuration.

Or

Open Net Manager checks that the hostname of the service naming and listener host are consistent with the native IP, and if not, modify the cost machine IP and then restart all Oracle services.
