Oracle Session Inactive State Temp table data not emptied issue

Problem Description: Oracle database, Java code uses a DB instance, gets connection and closes at end of use, and the session is not destroyed, but the state becomes inactive causing the temporary table data not to be emptied.

The Oracle staging table has session level and transaction level, and normally session level temporary table data is automatically emptied after the session is closed. While the project is connected to multiple instances, 2 instance configuration parameters are all consistent, the other instance after shutting down connection, the session is automatically destroyed, the instance session is only the state in the switch.
