Oracle sqldeveloper ORA-01017 Invalid Username/password;logon denied (password loss solution)

Oracle SYS account cannot login with SQL Developer tool inconsistent user name and password

If the password is lost:
Execute the following command in Sql*plus:
Sql>conn/as sysdba (OS authentication login)
Sql>alter user system identified by password; (The password of user system will change to your password after carriage return)

If the password you changed is a number, enclose it in quotation marks .

Eg:sql>alter user system identified by "123456";

You can also use Plsql login, Sys/as sysdba, and then change the password alter USER SYS identified by password;  
Password is the password you want to change so you can connect again with a new password
