Oracle startup failed due to system time modification

The connection to the database failed this morning. The following error is returned:
A ORA-01034: Oracle not available
ORA-27101: Shared Memory realm does not exist
Someone has restarted the server, and Oracle is not up yet? It has been more than half an hour since the server was connected. It should be said that the SQL plus "/As sysdba" command on the server cannot be connected. It seems that the instance is not connected either.
After restarting the server, the problem has not been solved yet. Check the Database Log File and find that the last start date was July 22, July 23. Right, I subconsciously checked the system time on the server. It turned out to be July 22, July 1, correct the system date, restart the database, and solve OK.
My analysis is because the control file records the last time the service was shut down. In theory, the restart time should be later than the last time the service was shut down. If the start time is earlier than the last time the service was shut down, the control file becomes invalid, so Oracle cannot be started.
