SELECT * from dba_ddl_locks where name =upper (' Operationdata_imp ');

third, Sid serial# detected
Thus getting session_id, and then passing
Select t.sid,t.serial# from V$session t
where t.sid=&session_id;
Iv. based on getting Sid and Serial# kill
Finally, with Alter System kill session ' sid,serial# '; Kill related session.
