[Oracle] [Toad] cannot log on to ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Symptom:

Use sqlplus to connect
But toad can not connect to life and death, error: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
However, the password username is correct, because sqlplus with the same password username can be connected.

Cause:

The only possible error is Toad itself!

After verification for half a day, I found that it was really toad,
No one in China knows this:
Toad will pass the entered user password to the database before
It will inexplicably change all strings to uppercase and then pass them over,
LegendCodeFormat

These are insensitive to 99% of databases, so n people
I have used n years of Toad and have not found anything!

Unfortunately, I encountered a database and set some parameters.
Case_sensitive_logon [this parameter seems to be available only in the special version of oralce]
Later, I asked someone to change the password in uppercase,
Okay, toad can go in.
