Oracle10g Installation Method

1. Double-click setup.exe. (The Installation Wizard Page is displayed)

2. on the Installation Wizard Page, select "Basic installation" and select the main directory. Create a startup database (Global Database Name: orcl, Database Password: yf123 (this password is used for sys, system, sysman, dbnmp account, which must comply with the identifier naming rules )). Click "Next ". (The system will automatically prepare for installation. This process will last for a period of time until the "summary" page appears ).

3. click "Install ". (The system will automatically install and configure the password. This process will take about 10 minutes. The password management page will pop up. If the password set above is correct, ignore it here)

4. Click "OK". (The installation end page is displayed)

5. Remember the installation information and click "exit ".
So far, Oracle10g has been successfully installed on your computer. And you can use
