The database has been created. It seems that 11g does not have any management tools similar to mssql's Enterprise Manager. We generally use plsql developer. This tool is super powerful and has all the functions you want.

Oracle11g has three packages, one of which is the client in the middle. If you are learning it yourself, you do not need to install it. If you are a company or remotely connect to the database, installing the client can save a lot of space, the remaining two packages are completely installed at Oracle11g. decompress the two packages and the package will be automatically decompressed to a file. After decompression, click the installation file to install the package. Then, follow the prompts to install the package.
