ORACLE12C unlock Scott Test users

Recently installed ORACLE12C, there is a significant difference between the previous Oracle database (PDB,CDB, and so on). The most troublesome is that by default the Scott test user is not available to access the data to get the following solution:

1. The oracle12c default is the CDB database, which is converted to a PDB database to unlock the Scott test user as it was originally. The following describes the convert to PDB method and unlocks Scott first installs the PDB database when installing ORACLE12C. 2. Then configure Listener.ora (what's new in the Red box) Tnsnames.ora:
