Oracle:sql combining different fields as a query condition

The value passed by the front-end program is the result of a three-field combination, which is processed by the backend program and feeds the queried data back to the front end.

PS: You cannot use field rpt_no directly, because in this record rpt_no exactly equals the combined value of the other three fields. The correct approach is to use the concatenation operator (| | ).
