(Original) How can I solve the problem of conf_done pin failed to go high in device 1? (SOC) (Quartus II) (de2)

Abstract
When JTAG is used to import sof of Quartus II without modification to de2, it will be no longer needed for a single power supply, so we want to import it to the Apsara stack, in this way, the computer can be connected immediately, but the above warning messages may occur.

Symptom
Environment: US us II 7.2 SP3 + de2 (Cyclone II ep2c35f672c6)

Originally, JTAG was used in de2, and both of them can be used normally. However, after swtich is switched from run to prog, the following warning messages are generated using programmer:

Solution
To upload a program to the flash drive, follow these steps.

Step 1:
Set the epcs16 flash

Assignment-> device: Device and pin options-> deployments

Step 2:
Set programmer

Switch Mode from JTAG to active serial programming, and inject *. POF to program/configure, and switch de2 from run to prog.

When switching from JTAG to active serial programming, the following warning message is displayed. Select Yes.

Later, it takes some time to upload data to the flash, about one minute or more.

Step 3:
Reactivate de2

Run de2 again and switch from prog to run.

Conclusion
