1. Start Menu-> Control Panel-> management tools-> Performance
2. Right-click to add a counter

3. Select the computer to be monitored. Here I select "select counter from computer" and enter the computer name.
Note: by default, the name of the Local Computer is selected.
4. Select the data to be monitored
Example: memory/processor/Disk/Network

Note: by default, only the processor object is selected.
