[Original] Learning Leader from scratch (1)

For special reasons, I was caught as a leader, but for me, this job really made me Alexander, for the following reasons:

1. No management experience
2. Be impatient and considerate
3. Revolutionary and radical
4. Emotional

Due to the above four reasons, it is always possible for me to get along with team members or to encounter problems or conflicts with team members during Task preparation. In order to keep your memory persistent, I decided to record my experience during my work here to avoid making mistakes later for similar reasons.

1. Do not embarrass superiors

This is a mistake that I often make. Because I am emotional, it is easy to be influenced by my own emotions, the boss is often in a dilemma during meetings, and the boss is forced to give in to me, which will make me feel right, but the last time my boss called me to the office and talked about it, I realized that I was too self-centered and forgot to think about the boss's face-to-face problem, my boss is generous enough to tolerate this problem. Now that we know this taboo, we must consider it for the boss when doing things later.

2. correct attitude towards subordinates

When I became a leader in the team, it seemed like I was floppy. When I was dealing with my subordinates, I always looked very high. I was not satisfied with the number of people, but my subordinates also hated me, this is my second biggest taboo.

I made this mistake because I am too self-centered and cannot correct my attitude. I always think that I am the best person in my team to get along with my team members in the correct way, they ignored the fact that they were always helping me complete my tasks, and forgot the high flame of firewood. No matter what you do, when you communicate with others, what matters is not what you say is right or wrong, but what you say. If you think more for others, others will be willing to support you, but if you always give criticism and education to others, then no one will support your point of view.

 

In my work, I need to think more about it. I think more about it for others. In fact, I can get more and handle things more smoothly. This is two of my deepest feelings during this time.
