[Original] tips-two methods for accessing PDF files

In the development of VBA, you sometimes need to browse PDF files. You can use either of the following methods:

Method 1. Use SHELLPrivate Sub btnread1__click ()
Dim RetVal As String
RetVal = Shell ("C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Acrobat 7.0 \ Reader \ AcroRd32.exe D: \ test.pdf", 1)
End Sub

Where,
"C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Acrobat 7.0 \ Reader \ AcroRd32.exe" is the path of the PDF tool,
"D: \ testbench" is the file name to open,
"1" indicates that the open mode of the form is normal.

Method 2. Use FollowHyperlink

Private Sub btnReadPDF_Click ()
FollowHyperlink ("D: \ testlink ")
End Sub

This method can be used if you do not know the PDF tool you are using.
