Outlook 2007+ Mobile Phone harvest new communication experience

The Outlook Mobile Service feature is a new communication experience provided by 2007 Microsoft®office system. With the Outlook Mobile service, you can:

• Send SMS or MMS with Microsoft®office outlook®2007.

• Realize two-way communication between Microsoft®office outlook®2007 and mobile phone.

• Forward items such as Microsoft®office outlook®2007 messages, contacts, meeting requests, etc. to SMS or MMS.

• Automatic forwarding Microsoft®office outlook®2007 meeting reminder to mobile phone.

• Automatic forwarding of important mails to mobile phones.

• Automatically send the next day's schedule to the phone.

Registering Outlook Mobile Service services

1, on the Tools menu, click Account Settings, and then click the e-Mail tab.

2, click the "New" button to add a new e-mail account.

3, select "Other" option, choose "Outlook Mobile Information Service" from the service type.

4. Click "Fill out this information using the Microsoft Office Online Configuration" to open the service Provider Selection page.

5. From the "Select Current wireless carrier" Drop-down list, select the appropriate wireless carrier.

6, click a Host provider link to open the Host Provider home page.

7, click the "Register" button, enter the registration page, select "I read and agree to this agreement."

8, enter the mobile phone number to open the service (China Mobile phone number only), Verification code, and select the service to be opened.

9, Continuous Click "Next" button, when the mobile phone received services to activate the message, according to the prompts in the message to reply.

10, click the "Finish" button to complete the registration.

Add Outlook Mobile Service Account

1, on the Registration information page, click the Create Outlook Account button.

2. At this point, the Web service address and user ID are filled in automatically, just enter the password sent by the service provider.

3, click "OK" button to complete the account Add.

Enable Outlook Mobile Service Services

1, in the new menu, click SMS (or "MMS"), open the text (or MMS) editing window.
