OUTLOOK2007 Keep mail, pop-up error, restart Outlook

Symptom: OUTLOOK2007, keep receiving mail, and eject the error, restart Outlook.

Application log:

Faulting application Outlook.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, Stamp 4542840f, faulting module Outlfltr.dll, version 12.0.4326 .0, Stamp 44c81343, debug? 0, fault address 0X0004ACFF.

Reason: An unhealthy shutdown of Outlook causes Outlook and the Exchange mail server to sync up with errors.

Workaround: Use OWA to log in to mailboxes and delete duplicate messages.
