1. Add #-*-coding:utf-8-*-or #coding =utf-8 at the beginning of the file (no spaces on both sides of the equal sign)

The local default encoding for Windows is GBK encoding, only displays the problem, #coding =GBK can also be resolved

2.Pycharm Setup steps: (Editor settings)

Go to file, settings-> Editor > File encodings, and set the IDE Encoding and Project Encoding to Utf-8.

You can precede the Chinese characters in the output with U

Print U "Test"
