First, tools --> part Editor, file --> open

The pop-up dialog box is as follows:

Select off-page on the right, OK.

By default, you can see two off-page symbols: refin and refout. We will add another two-way sign for input and output. Edit --> part Type Editor dialog box, add on the left, browse Lib, and find the appropriate symbol

There is a two-way arrow in connect lib that comes with the system. We can select it directly.
