Enterprise coach technology is a new concept that has introduced enterprise management in recent decades. It is the wisdom of two great coaches, John wolton and Tim goway. The coach helps you to focus on your goals and focus on the most valuable things, but the coach is not your goal.
In the past, I did not know why employees were always inactive or inactive when they were working. I taught them how to do it again, but the results were still poor. Sometimes I even encountered the same problem, this is a blind spot. To be accurate, that is, the problem cannot be solved without allowing employees and themselves to see the sources of interference. The performance equation clearly shows that the key to achieving better performance, better performance, and better results is limited by two factors: increasing potential and reducing interference. The coach's process is to focus on the goal, guide the coach to explore their potential, eliminate interference and discover the possibility, and create the best performance.
American psychologists Jone and Hary propose the window theory about human self-cognition, called the Qiao Han window theory. They think that people's understanding of themselves is a process of constant exploration, because each person's self has four parts:
- The public self, that is, the transparent and authentic self, is known to others;
- Blind self, which is clearly visible to others but not known to themselves;
- A secret self is a part that you know but others do not;
- Unknown self is a potential part that others and themselves do not know. It can be inspired by some opportunities.
If a person is not uniform, the harm is two-way: the external party cannot gain the trust of others. Once the trust is lost, the door to the soul will be closed and communication will be impossible. Internally, suffering from great pain caused by self-condemnation
