A) when the rated voltage is less than 1.5 V, the voltage resistance is greater than 50mA × rated voltage, lasting for 5 s, no breakdown and the charge/discharge current is less.

B) when the rated voltage is greater than or equal to 1.2 V, the fault resistance is greater than 10mA × rated voltage, lasting for 5 s, no breakdown and the charge/discharge current is less.
