What is patch English?

First, some college students have unclear goals in learning English. Why should they learn English? What is the purpose of learning English? I am very confused about these issues. English accounts for most of the information on the Internet. English is an international language. It does not belong to the UK or the United States any more.

Many college students want to learn English well, but the learning method is not the right one.
