Pentaho dashboards Editor (CDE) dashboard Layout

The layout of the dashboard is very troublesome. This CSS layout is a virtue. This mainly involves layout and compontens layout size settings.

Layout layout includes row objects and column objects, as well as images and HTML objects.

A row object occupies one row, and a column object is placed in the row. The column object contains images and HTML objects.

This idea of using word to manually draw tables may be affected by the layout of HTML tables in advance!

However, this is easier to understand and manipulate. After all, CDE cannot be seen as income.

Row object row only has the height attribute to set the size.

The column object column has span size and height as the main size setting attribute (note the following:SPAN size is poundThe maximum value is24)

Other values include prepend size and append size.

 

The size unit of the widget widht height isPixel. The component size increases the span size of the column object.

 

Join: The name attribute of the column object is associated with the htmlobject value of the component object.

 

The background color of the row object and column object is set to different colors during layout, which makes it easy to find out the reason for layout disorder during preview.
