Perfect Solution MSSQL "A previous program installation has created a pending file operation on the installation computer" _mssql

The steps are:
1 Remove SQL Server from the Add/Remove program completely.
2 delete the SQL Server directory that is not deleted.
3 Open Registry Editor and locate the PendingFileRenameOperations project in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control \session Manager , and delete it. This allows you to clear the installation pending items.
4 delete the keys associated with SQL Server in the registry.
The 3rd step is the most important!!! What is said here is found not in the left folder, but from the right there!!! The tree folder on the left does not have this item, only a filerenameoperations, only delete it is useless.
Also, SQL Server-related keys in the registry include the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer
Anyway, any Microsoft SQL Server or MSSQLSERVER is deleted!
After finally being able to install successfully. There is also the problem of unsuccessful login. There's a problem with not returning a table (pop-up "unexpected error during this operation" when you want to create a new table). The process is really annoying. ~~~~~~~ steps are as follows:
In the control face version----management tools----services, find a MSSQLSERVER. Change the service account information for the MSSQLServer service and replace it with a user dedicated to the SQL service.
My approach is to choose login where the login status is "Local System account".
Then set the login option in the MSSQL Enterprise Manager to only "Windows Authentication"
It's OK.
