Perfect solution to scim rename in Ubuntu

In this way, you only need to press ctrl + space to use the input method, and press ctrl + space to disable it. This will not cause renaming failures due to the default scim input method, you can also enter Chinese characters and switch between Chinese and English using the shift key.
