Perl reads JSON-formatted files

Use the Decode_json function in the JSON module to decode the data in the JSON file into an object in Perl and then process

The code is as follows:

After converting to an object in Perl, it can be processed, obj has two possible data structures, one is an array reference and the other is a hash reference
