This book is a book about personal soft skills. The content in this article has been brewing for many years and there is always an impulse to share it with you. But on the one hand, I feel that my knowledge is not systematic enough, on the other hand, I am worried that I do not have the same achievements as experts in this field, so I am afraid to write a document. Another important reason was that I had always felt that my personal management knowledge was not systematic. The first reason is not very important, because I have been consulted by several editors, but the second reason has always affected my selection. I always feel that what I have written is not systematic, even if I did not write a good book, I almost refused my friend's invitation later.

2. Why do you want to write this book? (Why)
   An important step in personal management is to first find out the real purpose behind doing things. Writing a book is no exception, and check your own motivation for writing a book. What are the main objectives and objectives? Is it for money, or to raise awareness or create opportunities for yourself?
   I wrote the first book to help my friends. I wrote two SQL Server books to another friend, but I didn't write any more since I found that if I want to write more books, first of all, it must be liked and recognized by myself. Otherwise, it is a little difficult, or it can really help others grow up. By writing books, you can know more people and increase your awareness, I have not considered the money.
4. Who are the readers of this book? (WHO)
   The important step in the product business strategy is market segmentation. The same is true for finding customers and writing books? It is unrealistic to write a book suitable for everyone. Different people have different requirements. If the wrong object is found at the beginning, the written book will certainly be poor, either not selling well or the wrong content.

    There are more publishing methods than before. First, select a good publishing house, or you can select your own publishing house. This method is very common in foreign countries. Just like I always add a link to my ebook at the bottom of my blog, or link the relevant books under the relevant topics. I'm glad that through these methods, my e-books have been sold for 4 thousand yuan. You don't want to underestimate the money. After all, you can view all the e-books online for free, even if you buy them, it's cheaper, in addition, your e-books are also pirated, so I still think it is quite good to sell this money, and I also feel everyone's approval and support, I will keep improving and accumulating new books :)
