1. You need to reboot after you have completed SQL Server 2005, which may be the problem
2. Please add the/complier and/web/app_data folder-> properties-> security entries to your IIS username and make it writable
3. If you cannot find the IIS user name, add a everyone user under the folder-> Properties-> Security tab, and set the permissions to writable.
4. If not, you can change the corresponding file under X:/program Files/microsoft SQL server/mssql.1/mssql/data to everyone writable

Start SQL Server Management Studio.
Log on to the appropriate database user.
Object Explorer to open the server, select the database node.
