3, press the ALT key and click the Layer mask icon at the bottom of the Layer palette (pressing the ALT key will use a black fill, which hides the effect of the overlay, you can see the eyebrows appear to be back to normal, and then press the letter D to set the foreground color to white.)
4, select the soft side brush with the largest portion of the eyebrows close to the in the options bar, reduce the opacity of the brush to 50% and then apply the brush from right to left on the brow, pressing the opening parenthesis key in the smudge to make the brush size smaller, and the smear operation will show the effect of the overlay, thereby darkening the eyebrows.

After all the lashes areas are selected, press the [CTRL+J] key combination to copy it to its own separate layer, modifying the blending mode of the layer to multiply, which causes the entire layer to darken.
Press the ALT key and click the icon at the bottom of the Layer palette to add a layer mask, filled with black, to the layer to hide the effect of the multiply.
Make sure the foreground color is still white, then select a very small soft side brush and smear it along the bottom of the lashes to darken the area, and then smear it along the bottom of the eye and eyelashes (carefully and carefully), making the lashes more dense, more and longer.

8, go to the [Image] menu and select [Hue/saturation] under the [Adjust] menu.
