Filter
Introduction: Using Photoshop 7.0 built-in rendering filter "3D transform" synthesis of a character cube effect picture. Note CS/CS2 does not have this filter built in.

First step: Create a 800*600 file. New layer Fill white, select Filter > Render > 3D transform selection, select Cube tool pull out a cube, not suitable for direct selection tool to adjust slightly. (CS version does not have 3D transform, the reader can copy and paste 3D transform files inside 7.0 to CS version "Plug-ins > Filters folder")
Then set the options as shown:
Make sure the cube is adjusted by selecting the Track Ball tool after the point selection. Then make sure that there will be a cube.
Step two: Press CTRL with the mouse to click on the layer, so that the cube is selected, point selection > Modify > Smooth
Set about 3 pixels. Then press DELETE to delete the selection. Cancel the selection. Smooth the cube boundary a little.
Then dot filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, about 2 pixels. Soften the cube's edges.
The third step: open the character material, CTRL + C all SELECT, back to the layer Ctrl + V paste. Copy 3 copies of a person's material
Remove two of the front eyes and hide two of them, select the remaining one, press ctrl+t with the right mouse button to select Distort. Drag the image with the mouse four points to adapt the image of the cube, and then press ENTER, select Image > Adjustment > Brightness Contrast will be slightly higher brightness, how much oneself master, (in order to see the boundary, the background color change).

Then the other two front eye points are selected, and the same procedure as the previous one adjusts the image. The right brightness is lowered properly
The brightness above is lower, and at last figure:
Then merge the three characters, the merged layer is selected, press CTRL with the mouse to click on the cube layer, and then deselect Delete. Delete the extra cubes section.
Step Fourth: Copy the Cube layer, drag the copied cube layer to the top point filter > Styling > Illuminate the Edge
Setup as shown:
Change the layer mode to color dodge. Merges all layers except the background layer.
You can change the background and add a landscape painting to reduce the transparency of the character cube layer.
