Photoshop Basics Tutorial: Creating a brilliant red digital halo

The aura of the effect picture looks more complicated. But it's all made up of the simplest effect rings. The production process may be longer, and each small ring needs to be done slowly.

1, create a new 800 * 800 pixel document, background fill black. Create a new layer press CTRL + R to bring up the ruler, pull two intersecting reference lines, and then, with the center of the reference line, pull out the positive circle selections shown in the figure below to fill the white.

2, and then take the reference point for the center of the circle pull out a slightly smaller round selection, as shown in Figure 2, delete by delete, get a white-edged ring, the effect is shown in Figure 3.

3, with a pen to check out Figure 4, a few closed paths, into the selection and then press DELETE Delete, the effect is as shown in Figure 5.
