Photoshop creates the Flame angel effect in the dark

First look at the final effect:

1. Create a new file with a size of 1440*720 pixels and a black background. Create a new layer use the white soft brush tool, set the opacity to 20%, and apply the following effect to the canvas. Here you need to adjust the brush size appropriately to meet the requirements.

Add stone elements, open a stone picture, use the Lasso tool to set the feather value to 30px, and select a piece of rock in the picture.

Copy and paste the canvas, then use the Free Transform tool, click the left mouse button to select Distortions, as shown in the figure to make adjustments

On the stone floor, click "Create new layer or adjust layer" below the layers panel to set the following adjustment layer
