Draw the outline with the pen, fill the color, then use pen to tick out the part that needs to deepen, turn to the constituency, feather 1-2 pixel, deepen with deepen tool (exposure degree 10%-20%).

Second, then use the pen to hook out the bright part, into the selection, feather 1-2 pixels, new layer, fill lighter color.

Third, draw the window frame, duplicate a layer, dislocation, fill black, increase thickness.
