Photoshop drawing animated cartoon smiley face icon Tutorial

Tutorial Learn how to use some of Photoshop basic tools and layer styles to create a blue cartoon smiley face icon, quite simple, like friends can come together to learn!

Look at the effect chart first.

New document 630x600 pixels, white background. Build a new layer and draw a black positive circle.

Add a layer style.

The effect is as follows.

Create a new layer, draw a white oval, layer opacity to 83%, then add a mask with a black soft corner brush smear the bottom, the effect is as follows, this is the high light of the smiley face.

Create a new layer 1, draw a white oval, copy one layer to the other, this is the eye of the smiley face.

Create a new layer, draw the mouth shape with a pen, and color white.

Same way create a new layer draw a white oval, copy one layer to the other, and the mouth to finish.

The rest of the steps add shadows, create 2 layers on top of the background layer, draw 2 round selections, one filled with black and one blue, then remove the Gaussian blur of the selection and move a certain distance down.
