Step 1

Step 3

Step 4

Click the path Selection tool (a) to modify the nodes on the hat to make it look smoother and more natural.

Step 5

Let's do the eyes. Use the Ellipse tool (U) to draw an ellipse using black. Then press and hold the command key plus T (Ctrl + t) to tilt the eyes. Step 6

Let's draw two circles in the head, create a new group on top (where the group is, look at the picture), and name it "hair clip". Draw a slightly green and white circle.

Then draw the skull's teeth, first click on the vector mask thumbnail, and then select the path. Then click the Pen Tool (P) and select Add to the shape area in the options so that everything you draw is in the same layer as the little skull. Then use the elliptical tool (U) to draw the eye and place it in a clipping mask in the skull.

Select the group "hair clip", copy the group and place it between the head and the hair circle, rotate smaller, and then put it in the right place (see chart).

Step 7

Let's create a group below, named "Body". Then draw a body shape, you can use the Direct selection tool (A) to change these shapes.

Let's create a group for the legs and use the clipping mask clipping Mask to make stripes and shoes. Copy these layers, rotate them, and place them in the right place. (Study the picture carefully)

Step 8

Let's create a bit of a sense of volume for our face. Double-click the head layer. Select the inner shadow and choose a darker color than the face.

Then follow the chart to set the value so that the edge of the face produces an inward gradient effect.

Right-click on the layer and select Copy layer style copy Layer style. Then select all layers of the same color and paste the layer style paste Layer style.

In this case, the light blue Place will have a gradient effect, so that the picture will have some three-dimensional. If you feel that the shadow directly copied over the position of the hand is too large, you can change the size of the inner shadow alone, narrow the point on the line.

Step 9

Here, I don't like the tilt of the head, so I select the group, and then use CTRL + T. Keys to rotate it slightly.

Create a new group of "mouse" mice. As we do with toys, we draw all the parts individually. I drew a different color for my leg.

Now let's paste the layer style on the ARC layer style. Add an inner shadow to this radian.

Make the same settings (add the inner shadow) to the white part of the black and white, and modify it according to the effect (not necessarily according to the values on the diagram).
