Photoshop draws pictures into watercolor sketch

1, open the original photo, copy background layer as background copy layer.

2, select background Copy layer, execute menu bar "image" → "Adjust" → "Go color" command, so that the screen rendering grayscale effect, and then copy background copy

Layer is a background copy of the 2 layer.

3, select the background copy 2 layer, press the shortcut key Ctrl+i reverse, set the layer blending mode for "color Dodge." As follows:

4, select Background copy 2 layer, execute the "filter" → "Other" → "min" command in the menu bar, and set the radius to 1 pixels in the dialog box that pops up.
