Sometimes, an ordinary photo does not have any bright spot characteristic, this time you can add some visual impact to it. What I'm going to say here is a way to increase the visual impact, and you'll find it very useful. All the ways to fix a photo, it doesn't fix a bad quality picture, so you can try to fix it, but don't have much hope.

Photo processing before and after

Before we start, let's compare the photo effects before and after processing. The processed photos are very beautiful and have a strong visual impact through contrast and color adjustments.

Step 1:

The image below is a photo. Photos (Photos of the wind and waves) were searched from the istockphoto. This picture was pretty good before it had a p, but it was a little less visual impact.

The first thing we need to do is to increase the contrast.

Add Contrast method: Perform image menu > Adjust > Brightness/contrast. Contrast: 20, the brightness is unchanged.

Now copy the layer and press Shift-ctrl-u to color the copy of the photo.

Black and white layer blending mode is set to overlay, 60% opaque.

Now use a large, soft brush. Create a new layer and brush some black at the edge of the photo. Then set the layer to overlay, about 50% opacity. The purpose of this is to make a subtle contrast between the center and edge of the photo, which is common.

Or use this method to adjust some of the details. In this surf photo, there are some miscellaneous points in the lower left corner, like blisters or waves or something else, which is not important, and we can get rid of the clutter. So use a large black brush, then gently brushing the position in the lower left corner. Some of the places in the picture are natural, they look very clean, and some places get more attention, and it also increases the visual impact of the photos.

Step 7:

Now the color of the photo looks too bright, so we create a new layer on top, fill the black, and set the blending mode to color. Then adjust the opacity to 30%, which can easily reduce the saturation of the photo. The next time we have to adjust the saturation, we can change the opacity directly without having to set any other options.

Step 8:

Now let's stop, let's look for the green ocean picture first. I downloaded a piece from Arsenal's free zone. Very beautiful ocean color and texture. We put this picture on top of all layers and then set it to be darker, opaque 20%. Here I want to tell you why I want to use the color depth mode, but in fact I just try every blending mode and find the one that works best!

In this way, you need to know how much of your photo will be transferred. As we've just said, the effect is great, but it's just a tutorial, and in practice, you might want to copy the original photo at the top and then set the opacity to 30% to fit the design.
