First look at the final effect:

1. Create a new file first. Image size: 2480x3508 resolution-DPI. Open texture footage and drag it onto the canvas:

Create a new layer and fill it with the color "# A8B9B8".

Change the blending mode to "color" and press Ctrl+e to merge the layers.

2. Open the girl's photo and use the Pen tool to select the girl and create a constituency. Of course you have to have a good method to use, and not necessarily with a pen

Drag the selected girl image into your canvas and put it in the right place.
