  Blur (blur) filters are used to soften a selection or image, and to dilute the boundaries of different colors in an image to mask the defect or create special effects.

  1, Motion Blur (dynamic blur filter)

Function: Blur the image in the specified direction (-360 degrees to +360 degrees) to the specified strength (1 to 999).

Adjust parameters:

Angle: Sets the angle of the blur.

Distance: Set the intensity of motion blur.

  2, Gaussian Blur (Gaussian blur filter)

Function: Quickly blur the selected part of the image by the specified value, resulting in a hazy effect.

Adjust parameters:

Radius: Adjust the blur radius, the range is 0. 1 to 250 pixels.

  3, Blur (Fuzzy filter)

Function: produces slight blur effect, can eliminate the noise in the image, if only apply once the effect is not obvious, can repeat application.
