Final effect:

Step 1

Create a new 10x11 inch document, set the resolution to 300, and set the color mode to CMYK color.

Use the View > ruler (ctrl/cmd + R) to bring up the ruler, and then select View > Alignment to > Guides. Right-click in the arbitrary position of the ruler area and select inches.

Click the horizontal ruler, drag out a horizontal guide and place it at an inch from the top, and drag a horizontal guide to place it in an inch from the bottom. Then, drag two vertical guides from the vertical ruler, one inch from the left edge and one inch from the right edge. Finally, drag a vertical guide to place it in the center of the document. The following figure:

Select the Polygon tool and set the number of edges to 3 in the options bar. Then click the left mouse button, hold down the SHIFT key and drag to create a triangle and place it in the middle of the document.

With the direct selection tool, select the top two anchor points.

Drag the selected anchor point until the top and top guides of the triangle coincide. Then click and drag each anchor point to coincide the angle between the anchor point and the guide.

Drag the anchor point of the triangle head to coincide with the bottom guide to ensure that the anchor point is in the central position. Because the entire triangle has to be in the center of the entire document.

Step 2

Double-click the triangle layer, bring up the layer style, select the pattern overlay, use any pattern you like freely, and use the pattern in the tutorial material bag. After you determine the pattern, you may want to adjust the settings. For example, this sets the zoom option to 70%.

You can also click on the document and press the left button to drag the pattern to where you want it. If you don't want to use a layer style, you can put the picture layer above the shape layer and add a clipboard mask to the picture layer.

Select the Ellipse tool, click the Geometry option in the top option bar, and select > from center. Place the cursor near the top of the middle guide, hold down the SHIFT key, and drag the cursor to draw a circle that you think is the right size, and remember the size of the circle so that you can use it later.

In the options bar, change the fill color of the circle to # fef5e0, the stroke color is # C2AA, the stroke size is 3, and the alignment is set to from the outside. If you are using a different pattern texture, you can choose the color according to your own pattern.

Copy the Circle shape layer, select Edit > Transform path > Zoom (or shortcut key ctrl+t) at the new layer. Hold down the SHIFT and ALT keys, and then drag the copy to make it a circle inner circle. Once you are satisfied with the circle size, click Enter or click on the selection above to change.

Select the stroke option from the top option box, select the dashed preset and change the Ziwei to the center. Of course you can also try other settings.

Step 3

Copy the shape layer of the triangle.

Select Edit > Free transform, and then set the reference point position in the top option bar to the middle of the upper part, as shown in figure:

Select Edit > Transform > Flip Vertically, and then press ENTER to save the change.

Select the Rectangle tool and select > subtract from the shape area. Click and drag to create a rectangle that covers the upper part of the replica triangle, leaving only a small portion of the bottom.

Click the Path action icon and then click the Merge shape.

Using the direct Selection tool, select two anchor points above, then edit > Transform points > Zoom, hold down the SHIFT key and ALT/option, and drag both ends inward a little. Enter after completing.

Select the fill for this shape to be none, the stroke size is 1, and select the appropriate dashed preset to align with the alignment.

This small step is to make the triangle flag, is to facilitate the use of glue to bind the triangle flag to bury the rope inside, rather than directly in the triangle to punch.
