The path to Shanzhai is enabled. First, create a new document. Like the previous two tutorials, the size is still x pixels. Create a gradient adjustment layer with the following parameters:

In the form of a clipping mask, create a color/saturation Adjustment Layer. the parameters are as follows:

Select the city layer, color phase/saturation adjustment layer, and color order adjustment layer. press CTRL + G to create a layer Group, copy a Layer group, merge the groups, and execute a high contrast filter, the parameters are as follows, and the layer blending mode is changed to overlay.

Put our Nebula material and add a mask for fusion. I used two, one in the middle of the right and the other in the middle of the upper part. change the blending mode of the two Nebula material layers to filter the color.

Put our second Nebula material, place it in the lower left corner, add a mask, and combine it. Similarly, change the layer blending mode to filter the color.

Next, add the third Nebula material, add mask fusion, place location, and change the layer blending mode to overlay.

Place the fourth Nebula material, place it in the upper left corner, add mask fusion, and change the layer blending mode to linear fade (add ).

Place the Fifth Nebula material and place it in the same position as shown in. add the mask to combine and change the layer blending mode to filter.

Next, we start to add those lines. here we use a commonly used tool, line tool, to draw a white line, rotate, copy, and change the opacity to 30%, then, add a mask to add a gradient effect to the line according to the source image.

Next, we start to create a triangle. this triangle is mentioned in our first tutorial, which is repeated here. Use a polygon tool to draw a white triangle, set opacity to 18%, and add a 1 pixel white stroke to the triangle in the shape options.

Next, add the second triangle. The operation is the same as that in the previous step. here, the triangle color is black and the opacity is 7%.

Now add the third triangle. The operation is still the same. the triangle color is black and the opacity is 11%.

Next, we add the fourth triangle. the same operation method, the same black triangle, and the opacity is changed to 15%.

Next, add text. There is nothing to say about it. The three wires use the linear tool or the rectangular tool. here, we only need to note the circle of the intermediate date, we can see that the blue circle of the source image has a transparent effect, because we can clearly see the line under the circle, so here we set the blue circle color to #2f5f99, opacity is 75%.

Next, we typed a big character. I didn't have the same font as the original one, and I was too lazy to look for it. I replaced it with a font. The effect was far from good. After I typed the text tool, I added an external glow.

Next, I created a new layer, filled with black, executed the cloud filter, changed the layer blending mode to soft light, added a mask, and wiped it properly. I like to use clouds to create a sense of attention.

Create a new layer, use a soft edge paint brush with rounded corners, apply some color, # e58734, and change the layer blending mode to overlay.

Next, we will make the white diagonal lines and stripes of the source image. I don't want to mention it here. I think everyone should be there. you can use a seamless pattern or press ctrl + alt + shift + t. anyway, we just want to get a stripe. Add a mask, apply it appropriately, and change the opacity of the source image to 28%.

I added a color balance parameter as follows.

Add a brightness/contrast and use a mask to erase the highlighted area.
