Step 1

Create a new file on PS. Set a resolution of 72, wide and high 1024x1024 pixels.

Now use the Pen tool to draw the shape above the camera to add noise and inner shadow effects

Describe the metal reflections on the camera, select the Pen tool or shape tool. Convert it to a smart object and add a Gaussian blur filter > Blur > Gaussian blur to do some reduced layer opacity.

Step 7

The viewfinder is made up of 2 important parts. The Rounded Rectangle tool draws a rectangle (6px) with a darker gray color below, adding the following style.
