Photoshop text Effects Tutorial: Colorful Multilayer Crystal text

Step one: Create a new file

900pxx900px resolution is 300 pixels per inch, RGB color, file named "A", as shown in Figure 1

Step Two:

Fill in the background with gray, find a font you like, enter the letter "A" set to the appropriate size, the font layer named "TEXT", as shown in Figure 2

Step Three:

Go to image-Copy, change the name "W", click OK, there will be a copy, the copy of "A" in the word "w". (Do you understand this?) "E" is also the way out. Look at Figure 3:

Step Four:

Back to our first "a.psd" file, now we start the action setting: Open the Window-action (or press ALT+F9) to create a new group, name "Glassytext" and click "Create New Action" button, named "Glassy", back to layer, copy Text Layer, change the name to "Shadow" (shadow) and hide this layer. Step Five:

Back to the Text layer, according to the ctrl+t angle to 30 to be sure to press ctrl+t again to change the vertical h to 60%, carefully look at Figure 5:

Apply gradient overlay layer style, blending mode normal, gradient from black to white, style linear, angle: 90, Zoom: 130% look at Figure 6 value:

Step Seven:

Copy the text layer, and then create a new layer at the top, named "Extrude", the copied Text layer with the "Extrude" layer merged, and then copied again named "Bottom" carefully study Figure 7:

Ctrl + click the "Extrude" layer, load the font selection, then press ALT and click the arrow down 75 times carefully look at Figure 8:
