Photoshop gives road pictures plus night lighting effect

Pictures of the road at night are very beautiful, the longer the exposure time, there will be many car lights left on the road, the effect is very unique. The following tutorial is used to simulate this effect, not to shoot but to render the similar effect in Photoshop.

Final effect

1, open the material picture, first to adjust the main color. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, first tick the "coloring" option, and then adjust the value to turn the whole to dark red, the effect is shown in Figure 2.

2, create color balance adjustment layer, shadow, midtones adjustment, parameter settings such as Figure 3, 4, the effect is as Figure 5.
