Photoshop makes a beautiful blue transmission halo

The halo does not look complicated, but it contains a lot of details, such as lower-transparency emission beams, edges of the halo and some small patches on the top. These details are very important and need to be very careful when making them.

Final effect

1. Create a new 1000 * 750 pixel, resolution of 72 of the canvas, select the Gradient tool, color settings such as Figure 1, and then from the lower left to the upper right corner pull out the linear gradient shown in Figure 2 as the background.
