Material

1, create a new file, the size of 1200px*770px, filled with black, and then open the "ocean" material and paste into the picture, named layer "Ocean", as shown in the figure.

2, use the larger soft angle brush to smear the top of the ocean, as shown in the picture.

3. I am prepared to create a surreal effect for the ocean, so I added the following 3 adjustment layers. (Click the "Create new fill or adjust Layer" button below the layers panel)
