First, create a 700x700 pixel white-bottomed document, use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a 500x500-centimeter square selection in the center of the image, ready to draw the wooden floor.

Second, create a new layer, set the foreground color to dark brown (r:40, g:0, b:0), and black background color. Select the Gradient tool, and in the property bar, set the fill to radial gradient, and the rectangular selection

Make a gradient fill from inside to outside, as shown
