Final effect

1, a new 600 * 450 pixels, resolution: 300 pixel/inch document, white set to white, as shown below.

3, pull up the bottom of the button selection, a new layer, named High light, select menu: select > Modify > Shrink, the value is 5, and then fill white.

4, copy the high light layer to get a copy of the layer, use the mobile tool to the high light copy layer to the left to move a few pixels, pull out the high light copy of the selection, select the high light layer, delete unwanted parts, and add layer style for it.
 

5, to add a projection style, the effect of the following figure. OK then execute: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, the value is 2, so that it reaches the transition nature.

6, pull up the bottom of the button selection, a new layer named "Inner layer", fill any color. Press CTRL + T to change the size, zoom to the appropriate position, and fine-tune the Add layer style.
