Photoshop makes bubble text in dream water

In the course of the tutorial we design and create a very dreamy water text scene, mainly using brushes, gradients, filters and other basic tools, and underwater landscape combined to create a very beautiful wallpaper effect.

Step 1
Open Photoshop, create a new document, I'm using 2560x1440 pixels, and I can use it as a wallpaper. After that, fill the background layer with black.

Step 2
Add another new layer and fill it with green (234B44)

Step 3
Select the green layer, select the layer > combination layer. In the layers panel, the layer will be inside the layer group. Select this folder and go to layer > Layer mask > Hide all. Select the Brush tool (B), with a large soft brush, with white press the picture to depict an area.

Step 4

Select the green layer and go to Layer > Layer Mask > Show All. In the Layers panel, select the mask for the layer and go to Filter > Render > Cloud. The cloud is applied to the mask. After that, still select the mask and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Using a large value, I am using a radius of 80px, but this value depends on the size of your file.

Step 5

Add another layer above the other layers, use the Brush Tool (B), and use a very soft brush to paint a red light as shown below. Change the layer's opacity to 65%
